The personal trainers at Edge Fitness would like to welcome you to a new, healthier lifestyle.

What do we do?

At Edge Fitness we want you to be fit, healthy and we want you to enjoy exercise. With this in mind, we conduct group and personal training sessions designed to help you reach your goals.

Where do we train?

Our personal fitness trainers are mobile, that means we can come to you at your house, local park, beach or workplace. Alternatively, you may want to join one of our pre existing fitness groups, located throughout Perth.

Most people ask us, what do your sessions involve?

Our sessions are designed to meet individual or groups goals, and we do this by bringing the gym to you. A typical session will incorporate resistance based exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands and medicine balls. In addition, we bring in a range of cardio exercises that often involve little bits of running and focus pad work (boxing / kick boxing).
