Cockburn Group Fitness Training

 

This is a great group to join if you are looking to improve your fitness and also lose weight or maintain your physique, in a fun and enjoyable environment!

The group sessions are run near Cockburn Gateways every Tuesday and Thursday, scheduled at the start of each month. Our trainers are Clem Hutchins - Thursday and Jesica McKenzie - Tuesday.

 

Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm

Meeting at the oval behind the Success Regional Sporting and Community Complex 

  • Great group to start in and join as we beat the winter blues!
  • Everyone is welcome
  • Sessions go for 1 hour.
