This is a NEW group to join if you are looking to improve your general fitness level, lose weight or set a personal target goal - just ask your trainer!

These group sessions are run by personal trainer Clem Hutchins at our Edge Fitness Complex, on Merino Entrance, Cockburn Central every Wednesday.
