Group Training

Scarborough Group Training Sessions

We have several groups running at Abbett Park in Scarborough. These groups are run by Ryan Kukura. These groups cater for a mix of fitness levels and beginners are always welcome.

Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm
Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm

  • All sessions go for one hour!
  • There is shelter and light so winter is not a problem
  • If you wish for an extended workout arrive at early for the handball games that starts at 6:15pm on Wednesdays.

The 6:30pm group also takes part in Excursion Days so you can experience training at alternate locations (about once per month), this could include the beach, another park or even King's Park on occasion.
