Hills Group Fitness

The Hills group fitness is a new group held at Stirk Park, Kalamunda. This training group is launching a fresh new look into winter sessions starting Monday 16th of June. An afterschool initiative; this group caters for ALL fitness levels, families are encouraged to join us and 10 years & older are welcome.

Monday and Wednesday starting 4:30pm - if you would like to register your interest please contact Edge Fitness!

  • All sessions go for one hour
  • There is some shelter from the rain is not a problem.
  • Meet at the front of the Ampitheatre
  • There is plently of space at the park and you are welcome to bring your kids down while we train.

Your trainer is Jesica McKenzie and you if enjoy fitness in the outdoors and social environment you'll love these sessions!
