Something interesting/weird about you: I tend to laugh when I'm in pain...

Your training Philosophy for yourself: I always like to enjoy myself when I train. When that involves cardio work, I love to ride; especially Cross-Country MTB; it's always about trying to climb that hill without stopping or ride down that hill without stopping... I mean crashing.

When I'm hitting the weights my training philosophy is relatively the same, first and foremost I'm there to enjoy myself and relax; and secondly, I go hard. A good weights session really gets me fired up and I love to go hard, and then ride home.

Your training Philosophy for your clients: My main goal with clients is lifestyle change. I want to give clients the knowledge to change their lifestyle to be a more well-rounded, active and healthier one. My training with clients is focused on implementing effective training techniques, in a fun and informative way. I believe clients need to understand something about what they are doing and why, to achieve the best results physically and mentally for the long term; for life.

What do you love about being a personal trainer: I truly love the personal training lifestyle. My goal in life is to make a difference to other people, and personal training I've found is a great way for me to help others. I love it when I get to set out with a client and they never look back; seeing them go on to a healthier life; being more motivated to reach their goals!
