Something interesting/weird about you: I have double jointed elbows, I love singing, I am a professional Photographer.
Your training Philosophy for Yourself: I have learnt that all training uses more than one tool. To make one stronger we need to make all of the aspects strong. Having strength mentally will lead to better results physically and will show in our performance. Change your mindset and you are 1/3 of the way there. Positive self talk, fun, excitement, change and the desire to be the best possible person i can be drives me to achieve the goals i have set myself.
Your training Philosophy for your Clients: I help people be the best possible version of themselves. I ensure that I not only train the body but the mind. If we have a positive mind and we believe we can do it, there are no limits. Keeping up motivation and positive encouragement but also being the enforcer and personal trainer. Making sure we take responsibility for our own goals with guidance. Keeping clients focused but entertained, making them push themselves whilst having fun and giving clients the tools to make the things that seem impossible, possible.
What do you love about being a Personal Trainer: The opportunity that i am given everyday to help people change and improve their lives. That i get to work with people from all walks of life and slowly improve the world. I can only hope that my positivity and passion for life snow balls through my clients and goes into their families, friends and into the world.
