Your training Philosophy for Yourself: Training for me is all about pushing myself to the max, both mentally and physically, pushing through that pain barrier and most importantly having fun.
Your training Philosophy for your Clients: Having fun is the most important thing. Also setting goals and challenging yourself to achieve them gives you focus and direction and you will give great self satisfaction.
What do you love about being a Personal Trainer: The best thing about being a personal trainer is encouraging inactive people to enjoy exercise again. Also helping people achieve their goals and seeing the satisfaction when they do really makes my job enjoyable
