Your training Philosophy for Yourself: When I’m training it has to be fun but I also have to push myself because you have to risk pushing yourself too far to know how far you can really go.
Your training Philosophy for your Clients: Setting goals is really important because it helps you focus on what’s really important and when you achieve your goals it is the most amazing feeling in the world, so I always try to help motivate my clients so they don’t fall short of their goals. Also making sure you keep training fun and interesting is really importantWhat do you love about being a Personal Trainer: The rush you get as well as being outdoors everyday and the fact that you are being paid to stay healthy and fit. As well as seeing how much your clients change, grows and knowing that you are responsible as well as being able to talk to your clients and becoming a part of their lives.
